SMOTT Partner Program Terms & Conditions

  1. Introduction

1.1 This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the SMOTT Partner Program (the "Program"). SMOTT is a product of SMOTT ENTERTAINMENT LLP, a company registered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. By joining the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  1. Eligibility

2.1 To be eligible to join the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Own or have obtained the necessary rights to the content you intend to upload to SMOTT.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those of Telangana, India.
  1. Content Submission

3.1 You agree to:

  • Submit original content that does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Ensure that your content is not offensive, harmful, or illegal.
  • Comply with SMOTT's community guidelines.
  1. Monetization

4.1 SMOTT may, at its sole discretion, offer monetization opportunities to eligible Program participants. Monetization may include advertising.

4.2 To be eligible for monetization, your content must comply with SMOTT's monetization policies and guidelines.

  1. Intellectual Property

5.1 You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in your content. However, by submitting your content to SMOTT, you grant SMOTT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for the purposes of the Program.  

  1. Governing Law

6.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Telangana, India, and subject to the jurisdiction of the Telangana High Court.

  1. Termination

7.1 SMOTT may terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason.

  1. Indemnification

8.1 You agree to indemnify and hold SMOTT and Viktor Entertainments harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your participation in the Program or your violation of these terms and conditions.

  1. Changes

9.1 SMOTT reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on SMOTT's website.
